This is by far the cheapest Chromebook you can buy. You can buy one for a price of much less than 200$. Since the product is refurbished there may be minor scratches. Also the battery capacity may reduce up to 20% but you might get a perfect one if you are lucky. Some people report that they get a brand new (at least looks like brand new) devices.
Obviously, there is nothing special about this Chromebook. Just minimum requirements a Chromebook needs. Exynos 5250 1.7GHz CPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB SSD and all other technical specifications are at minimal level. But it is fully capable of surfing on web, watching Netflix or work on spreadsheets.
1366×768 LED HD screen looks fine as it is only 11.6 inches. There is no USB-C port on Samsung Chromebook XE303C12.
On the bright side, since it does not have lots of features it is tiny and only weighs 2.4 lbs.
